Streams is back online!

There is still a bit a tweaking to do, but it looks like Wordpress is going to be a great fit for Streams of Consciousness to return to www.RevTrev.com
The thought I’ve been having will most likely become an article you can read on the site, but I’ll share the start of it now.

Taiessa was looking out the window the other day at the snow that was falling on our streets. “It is spring, right?” she asked. To which I replied “The sun has crossed the vernal equinox, the calendar says it’s spring. Don’t look at what’s happening outside, trust what is written down.”

Too often we let our situation interpret the Bible instead of letting the Bible interpret our situation. It is critical we learn to think theologically – to see the world through the eyes of God, so that we know His will… so we can do His will.

Let God be true and our situations be seen as the lie. It’s not winter when God says it’s spring… even when the snow continues to fall.
